1. Register at https://seleksibinaantarkultur.or.id/
2. Choose the Asia Kakehashi Exchange Program
3. After that, create an account, fill a data, upload files, and make essays according to the chosen topic.
4. The program committee will review all data, files, and essays
5. After all data and files have been verified, participants can download the participant identification card, complete the registration file, and the essay file
5. Then there is the interview stage, where your personality and English interview
6. If you pass the interview stage, there is a third stage, the group dynamics stage, where the candidates are assessed by meeting and grouping with new people to test how candidates adapt to working with a group.
7. There is a written test (essay) in Japanese
8. The results will be sent to AFS Global to be checked and find a place to live
