Winners of international and national competitions/competitions/festivals organized/facilitated by the Ministry of Education and Culture

Winners of medals/olympic awards/international competitions

Has been accepted to continue his undergraduate studies at 15 Major Universities in the World

Not getting scholarships from other sources
Graduate:

Maximum age 35 years
-
Have completed four diploma (D4) or undergraduate (S1) studies

Not currently applying for, about to receive, or receiving a scholarship from another source.

Applicants who have completed master's studies (S2) are not allowed to apply for this scholarship.
