The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES) is available for international students wishing to pursue a Master's, Postgraduate Diploma, or PhD at Irish universities. The GOI-IES program is funded by the Government of Ireland in partnership with Irish higher education institutions (HEIs) and aims to promote the internationalization of Irish education. Each year, 60 scholarships are awarded to international students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance, leadership potential, and commitment to global engagement.

BENEFITS
- €10,000 stipend to cover living expenses and other study-related costs.
- Tuition Waiver: Full tuition and registration fees will be waived by the university. The scholarship is awarded for one academic year only, and recipients are not eligible to reapply for the following academic year.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Must be domiciled outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
- Must have a conditional or final offer of admission from a higher education institution included in the program at the time of application and submit proof of the same.
- Applicants may submit up to three separate applications if they hold more than one offer.
- Applicants should demonstrate strong academic performance, participation in extracurricular activities, and excellent communication skills.
